Effective July 1, 2022

I am a cash-based private practice which allows me to be independent from restrictions placed by insurance companies. Although I don't file insurance for clients, I provide a superbill with all the codes necessary for you to submit a claim to your insurance company. Everyone's insurance is different and so you'll need to understand your own out-of-network benefits.

My in-person evaluation/initial visit is $195/60 minutes.

Depending on what we determine you need after that appointment, we can set up follow up appointments. Follow up visits are $145/60 minutes.

All appointments are one-on-one and at least an hour. 

I accept credit card payments, Zelle/Venmo, HSA and FSA payments.
