GRADUAL REOPENING--RESPONSE TO COVID-19
I hope you have been in good health and stayed sane during this most interesting time! For many of us, we’ve had to make adjustments in our daily lives to play our part in this public health crisis. I hope that despite some of the trying times you’ve also had moments of enjoying a slower pace, spending time with your loved ones, taking on a new hobby, or spending more time in nature.
As North Carolina continues to take measured and gradual steps for reopening, Queen City Pelvic PT will continue to follow CDC and APTA guidelines to minimize risks associated with COVID-19. Our health and safety is TOP priority!
In-person visits will occur only on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Park Road location (4108 Park Road, Suite 406, Charlotte, NC 28209). If your treatment does not require hands-on treatment (i.e. manual work or biofeedback), you still have the option of scheduling a telehealth visit.
In-person appointments will be spaced out to allow thorough cleaning of treatment space between clients. As always, CDC approved cleaning materials will be utilized, and all linens will be removed and replaced. Proper hand washing and sanitization of equipment will take place.
Masks are REQUIRED for both client and therapist. You may wear your own or one will be provided for you.
I kindly ask that only the client enter the clinic space, with exceptions made for partners needing training for home management interventions. Please sanitize your hands either by washing with soap and water or hand sanitizer before entering clinic. Hand sanitizer will be available in clinic.
If you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or have tested positive for the virus, or have been in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you schedule a telehealth appointment or wait to come in to the office until you are symptom free for two weeks.
If you are interested in setting up an in-person or telehealth appointment, please email me at email@example.com
